Retur och återbetalning

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with Swedish consumer law (the right of withdrawal). To start a return, email us at contact@surfboard.se with your order details before the 14 days have passed.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. You pay for the return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We refund the purchase price and your original standard shipping cost to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

If a product is faulty, contact us and we will handle it according to Swedish consumer law.
